Are you a booking agency?
No. We’re a small, informal society of inducted Carolina Santas. When you write us, we’ll connect you directly with a member who suits your gathering — and you’ll arrange the visit with him.
How early should we write?
For weekend December dates, write by early October if you can. Many of our members keep books that fill quickly. We’ll always try, even at the last minute.
Do you travel outside North Carolina?
Rarely. The whole point of our small society is to keep the work close to home. We can sometimes refer to inducted Santas in neighboring states.
What does a visit cost?
Each member sets his own honorarium. Expect that a real-beard, vetted Hall-of-Fame Santa is not an inexpensive guest — but he is a worthwhile one. We’ll tell you a member’s usual range when we make the introduction.
Can we suggest a Santa for induction?
Induction is decided by the International Santa Claus Hall of Fame, not by us. We’d be glad to point you toward their nomination process if you’d like to recommend a Carolinian.
